DOWDING & DOWDING & MILLS APPOINTS MoD SPECIALIST Dowding & Mills has appointed a new business development manager, Mike Anderson, to focus on developing closer relations with the Ministry of Defence. The move is part of a series of market specialist appointments, designed to help further the company's aim of adding value to the maintenance and repair services that it provides. Anderson has 20 years of experience working for Dowding & Mills. In his new position, he will be responsible for product and service strategy, sales co-ordination and ensuring service standards are met. Acting as a single point of contact to the MoD he will be able to pull together all the relevant services from the company's diverse range to suit the needs of each Integrated Purchasing Team. Anderson will work with the Integrated Project Teams to maximise opportunities within the MoD and it's major subcontractors to build on Dowding & Mills' market share. He will also be responsible for ensuring that branches have full training & knowledge in MoD systems to guarantee that stringent standards are maintained.
