MOORE APPOINTMENT UNITES DOWDING & MILLS' SALES STRATEGY

Mike Moore (47) has been appointed national sales director for Dowding & Mills' Electronics and Calibration division. Previously general manager of Calibration, Nottingham, Moore will oversee a national sales force of more than 30 people.

Moore aims to establish Dowding & Mills as the country's leading electronics and calibration operation:

"By uniting the strengths of our individual centres of excellence we can establish ourselves as the country's true leader in electronics and calibration. Our national network can cater for almost all clients' needs," said Moore.

"Our aim is to build on a truly value-added service which ensures that we constantly exceed our client's expectations. I'm looking forward to developing new, innovative services to meet these goals."

Originally from Harrow (now living in Leicester), Moore has extensive knowledge in sales & marketing, mainly in environmental control systems and composites, serving such companies as Lotus. Many of Mike's weekends are spent as an announcer for the British Gymnastics Association at various domestic and international events.
